A lot of information! I cannot pretend to comprehend it all. We go from "big brother is watching" to "big brother is controlling". I wonder if and fear that Sean (and those like him) would be among the first to be "neutralized". Scary!
Oh my. I read the whole thing. I couldn't stop because my own limited view was cracking open albeit slowly while reading your view on what's unfolding, has been unfolding for decades.
As I was reading the last piece, two thoughts arose in my mind:
First, a memory from thirty years ago while meditating, I heard "there's no going back!" That truth has continued to be obvious ever since that moment.
And the second thought "surely there must be a pony under that pile of shit" -- meaning all that's happening . . . surely . . . innocent ignorance on my part.
I used to joke that when Alexa got a good cussing out from me for not turning on the lights after being politely asked to do so, years from now that would come back to haunt me. AI never forgets...unless Big Tech Brother sets the parameters for it to do so.
Very great take. I still linger with the (pessimistic) worry, though: is techno authoritarianism inevitable, as in, despite our best efforts, it will prevail in the end? Because if it does, my only form of resistance (and perhaps of many people, not sure if most) will be to not have children and pass away. I'm nlt giving them slaves...

Awesome! But you overstate the enclosure: truth per se cannot be owned or tiered, and this is our only hope.
